Meet our Providers
Kelly Nguyen | DMD
Dr. Kelly was born and raised in the sunshine of Miami, Florida. In 2019, she attended Florida International University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Science. Before entering dental school, she worked as a lab and sterilization technician at Mariani Orthodontics in Miami. She then went on to attend the University of Florida College of Dentistry, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and received the Clinical Excellence and Professionalism Award, as well as the Southeastern Academy Outstanding Senior in Prosthodontics Award, earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree in May of 2024. Dr. Kelly is an active member of the American Dental Association and the Florida Dental Association. To stay up to date with the latest dental practices, Dr. Kelly attends CE courses and conducts personal research.
Driven by the desire to make a difference in the lives of others, Dr. Kelly knew that she wanted to become a dentist. During her college years, she attributes much of her success and growth to her mentor, Dr. Rosalia Rey, saying, “If it weren’t for Dr. Rey, I don’t know where I would be.”
Outside of the office, Dr. Kelly enjoys visiting springs, cooking, watching TV, and exercising with her husband, Dr. Leonardo!
Leonardo Chang | DMD
Dr. Leonardo Chang moved to Florida in 2013 and hasn’t looked back! He attended Miami Dade College, where he received his Associate’s Degree in 2016. He continued his education at Wilkes Honors College of Florida Atlantic University, earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Neuroscience in 2019. In 2024, he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry. Dr. Leonardo is a proud member of the American Dental Association and the Florida Dental Association. To stay up to date with the latest dental practices, he attends CE courses and conducts personal dental research.
Dr. Leonardo’s desire to become a dentist has driven him to achieve greatly throughout his life. He has received the John E. Award for Outstanding Achievement in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology Horace Wells Award. He enjoys giving his patients a functional and beautiful smile that they can be proud of! His favorite part about being a dentist is developing trusting and meaningful relationships with his patients.
Outside of the office, Dr. Leonardo enjoys traveling, cycling, and hiking!

We want to provide the best care, therefore services will vary depending on your treatment plan. During your initial appointment, the team will discuss in detail all of your options to make you as comfortable with the cost as possible.
Our New Patient Special includes your initial exam and digital x-rays. We are happy to include a free consultation to begin your treatment planning.
The first visit is dedicated to your consultation! From there, we will build your treatment plan and get you scheduled for your cleaning.
