Meet Our Providers
Nelson Andujar Ortiz | DDS
Dr. Andujar is a highly skilled dental professional with advanced training in General Dentistry, Prosthodontics, and Implantology. With nearly two decades of experience, he provides exceptional preventative, restorative, and comprehensive dental care.
He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2006 in the Dominican Republic, later specializing in Oral Rehabilitation (Prosthodontics) at Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in 2011. He further advanced his expertise with an Advanced Education in General Dentistry certification from Columbia University and a Clinical Residency in Implantology at Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA).
Since moving to Tampa, FL, in 2021, Dr. Andujar has been dedicated to serving his community. A proud member of the American Dental Association and Florida Dental Association, he is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and building meaningful relationships. He has also participated in numerous charity missions to provide dental care to underserved communities.Outside of dentistry, Dr. Andujar enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and three young boys, playing baseball, fishing, traveling, and visiting the beach.
David Dempsey | DDS
Dr. David Dempsey is a native of Portsmouth VA. He and his family moved to Maryland early in his life, as both of his parents were civilians working for the U.S. Government. He received his undergraduate degree at the University of MD College Park and his Doctorate from the University of MD, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. Fun fact – Baltimore College of Dental Surgery is the FIRST Dental School in the United States!
Dr. Dempsey spent three years in the US Public Health Services as lieutenant commander. He was the Chief Dental Officer at the U.U. Public Health clinic in Miami, FL from 1974 – 1976.
Dr. Dempsey has enjoyed providing his “Patient Family” in the New Port Richey and Trinity area with excellent dental care since 1978. He takes the time to listen to patient’s needs and desires to help them achieve the smile of their dreams! He and his wife Becky enjoy travel, cooking, golf, and their five beautiful grandchildren!
